Pale yellow with greenish hues, clear and bright, this wine has an excellent mouthfeel. The citrus acidity is lively and well-balanced, providing a refreshing quality. It has a very pleasant persistence. There is a lot of fruit and floral notes, highlighted by green apple, pineapple, and passion fruit, with hints of white flowers, blended with a light citrus touch of Sicilian lemon. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
